Information DataMentors Collects and How We May Use It

DataMentors does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) about visitors except when visitors specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. PII may be gathered from registration forms, content submissions, and community postings (e.g., chat and blogs). We subscribe to the Direct Marketing Associations DMA’s Telephone Preference Service (TPS)

We subscribe to the Federal Trade Commission’s Do-Not-Call Registry. If you wish to decrease the amount of unsolicited telemarketing calls you receive you should register with the Federal Trade Commission’s National Do Not Call Registry. The federal government’s Do Not Call (DNC) Registry allows you to permanently restrict telemarketing calls by registering your phone number at or by calling 1-888-382-1222. Placing your number on this national registry will stop most telemarketing calls, but not all of them.

The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) ( also provides individuals with a form to use to have their names removed from other direct marketers’ mail, e-mail, and telephone call lists. DataMentors honors opt-out requests made through the DMA’s services.
